About Victoria

I am a therapist who specializes in working with children, teens, young adults, and families. I focus on supporting my clients in finding their voices within the systems they live. My goal as your therapist is to support you in solving problems that are impacting your life, navigating changes/transitions, and achieving your personal goals.

In my time outside of the therapy room, I am an adjunct professor at Dominican University of California, where I teach a range of classes. I also am actively involved in research within the field of art therapy, working on my own research as well as supporting students in their master’s theses.

I am a lover of travel, cooking, and gardening. As an artist you will often find me creating new and exciting things in the studio.

My approach

My style of therapy comes from a systems perspective in which I utilize art therapy and a person-centered approach. Systems are inevitable in our lives, whether they are at home, school, work, or in other social dynamics. To know ourselves within the systems we live in, is to know ourselves fully. We all wear different hats in our lives, and as a therapist I hope to support you in navigating your life as you travel your path and switch those hats.

I am a warm and welcoming, yet direct therapist, and I believe in the power of humor. As your therapist I will support you, listen to you, and sometimes challenge you.
